SMS/Text Users: Known Problems
If your first attempt did not succeed, try entering your area code and number only. A “1″ for long distance is often not required.
AT&T Savers – It would appear there have been multiple AT&T Text Messaging Gateways. Most of our failures have been related to those selecting TXT.ATT.NET. Please try MOBILE.ATT.NET instead.
Google Voice Savers – Currently Google does not support SMS/Text from websites. Please select the RSS feed, Twitter or Email option. You can also click this link to suggest an upgrade to Google Voice.
Europe/Asia Savers – We are investigating a number of difficulties. Please check back in the next several days for an update. In the meantime, please use our RSS feed, email or Twitter services. Update: It appears most difficulties are a result of phone number format being used. Please check with your carrier to determine if the country codes or area codes are required for an E-mail to SMS service.
T-Mobile Savers – It appears T-Mobile does not allow 3rd Party services to email/text directly to your phones. Please consider an RSS feed, e-mail or Twitter message. Please contact your carrier to request this service be available. We will be happy to add your carrier when they support the service.
